This was my first home buying experience and Cathy did an excellent
job in walking me through and teaching me the process. She went beyond the call
of duty a number of times, and her knowledge of the construction of homes and
all the little details of a home that a normal person would not know was
extremely impressive. Cathy made herself available at all times, and worked very
hard with me right up through the closing. This is my first home, and I highly
doubt that I will use any other real estate agent in the future.

There can be no doubt that Cathy Ricci has her customer's best
interest in mind.  For example, she recently traveled to the west coast
and while there was able to help this potential first time home buyer
avoid a situation that could have been disastrous. Instead of idly
standing by she challenged a predatory realtor's tactics and proved that  the deal would be a big mistake for me.  She made no money, had no interest in the deal except to show that integrity is the first quality of  a good Realtor. Cathy Ricci is a class act.
